Guadalupe Center Fees

Hall Rental (Gymnasim): NO Tables $50.00// Chairs $60.00 for 2 hours.

Full Day Rental : $500.00 with tables and chairs. Maximum Capacity 500

Fees apply to Non- Profit Organizations.

Kitchen Commercial Kitchen: $150.00

Meeting Room: $50.00 two hour max. (Maximum Capacity 20)

Special Events Insurance Fee: $100.00 Required for all events, unless your organization has your private insurance policy. (Non Refundable)

Security Damage Deposit: Required for ALL events. Deposit is refundable if Guadalupe Center is completly clean and trash is thrown, no damage to the facility.

Security Personnel: Renter is responisble for FIVE security personal during any dance event in the Guadalupe Center. $100.00 per security personal will be paid by the renter at the start of the event.
